At Breezy Pets, we care about your satisfaction just as much as we care about your pets. If something goes wrong with your order, we’re here to make it right.

Eligible for Return or Refund

Please contact us within the return window if:

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival
  • You received an incorrect item
  • The order is incomplete (missing parts, pieces, or packaging)

Returns/refunds will be reviewed based on product type and condition at the time of delivery.

Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You changed your mind
  • The product is no longer needed
  • The product doesn’t match personal preferences after opening
    (Example: size, color, or style mismatch based on taste)

Warranty & Product Issues (After Use)

If there is an issue with your item after use or after the return period, we’ll connect you with the brand’s warranty service (if available).
