At Breezy Pets, your satisfaction and your pet’s comfort matter to us. We aim to provide high-quality products, but if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for approval.


Eligible for Return or Refund

You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive an incorrect item

  • Your order is incomplete (missing parts, accessories, or packaging)

All requests are reviewed based on the product type and the condition of the item at the time of delivery.
We may request photos or videos as proof to process your claim.


Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Product is no longer needed

  • Product has been used, worn, or washed

  • Product does not meet personal preferences after opening

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Size issues

  • Color variations

  • Design or style preferences based on personal taste


Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in their original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

Items returned in unsellable or damaged condition may be rejected.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time depends on your payment provider

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items received

All exchanges are subject to product availability.


Warranty & Product Issues (After Use)

If an issue arises after use or after the return window, we will assist you by connecting you with the manufacturer’s or brand’s warranty service, where applicable.

Warranty terms vary by product and brand.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
