At Breezy Pets, we care about your experience just as much as we care about your pets. That’s why we keep our terms simple, honest, and easy to understand. By placing an order, you agree to the guidelines below.

1. About Our Products

We do our best to show you exactly what you’ll get — with real photos, clear descriptions, and honest details.
Please note: slight variations in color or design may happen, especially with handmade items or custom work.

2. Orders & Delivery

• Once your order is confirmed, we start making or packing your items.
• Our products are shipped from Pakistan via airline, and usually reach you in 15 to 20 working days.
• Sometimes delays happen due to weather, customs, or shipping — but we’ll always keep you updated if there's a holdup.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are final at the time of checkout (unless we’re running a special deal).
• Shipping charges, if any, will be shown before you pay.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices as needed, but never after you’ve placed an order.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with what you receive. You can contact us for a return or refund if:

• The product arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered
• It’s missing parts or feels incomplete
  But please reach out within the return window to be eligible.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns if:

• You changed your mind
• The product is no longer needed
• It didn’t match your personal taste after opening

5. Product Issues After Use

If something goes wrong after you’ve started using the product, and it’s a technical or quality issue, we’ll guide you to the brand’s warranty center(if applicable)

6. Your Privacy & Info

We only use your personal details (like address, name, preferences) to deliver your order and stay in touch with you. We never share or sell your data — that’s a promise.

7. Our Content & Brand

All designs, logos, and content you see on Breezy Pets are created with love and effort. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking us first.
